About 1000 USD

Altogether it will be about 3000 USD investment, which for 4 months of fun is not that much. The good news is that you can earn it back during your time in USA. We recommend a simple but very successful strategy with money matters – Work hard and Play hard during the summer! If you have a tight schedule throughout the summer, you will be much more effective and you will experience much more than when just lying next to the pool doing nothing. More importantly – you will make more money, more friends and you can afford more shopping!

We recommend looking for jobs where you can earn tips. Usually the waiters and waitresses make about 100 dollars a day. Table cleaners and hostesses make about 70 dollars a day. But also working some other place like shop assistant or amusement park administrator might bring you about 50-60 dollars a day.

Another good news is that you don’t have to pay it in one amount, but you can pay the registering fee in two weeks after registering. Program fee and SEVIS fee can be paid around 2 months after registering. Visa fee can be paid right before the visa interview in spring. So if you register early, you can disperse your expenses.

PS! Registering fee, SEVIS and visa fee are non-refundable
